Hak Youn Kim
Mr. Hak Youn Kim is the president of SLIIC Holdings and co-president of GAIA Venture Partners, an affiliate venture capital investment company of SLIIC Holdings. He manages all public and business relationships of SLIIC Holdings. He holds a degree in law and has outstanding track records and substantial investment experiences with the fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and venture capital financings in a number of different investment areas including technology investments, venture start-ups, and government sponsored investment programs for small and medium size enterprises.
Mr. Kim also has project development experiences outside of the financial industry including retail and entertainment business. He is well respected within the investment community and has substantial experiences working with the Korean government funding or policy sponsored investment programs.
Mr. Yoon Kim is vice president of SLIIC Holdings. After he completed his degree in computer science in the US, he had nurtured up the business management capabilities from his family owned shipping company for last 7 years in operating ports in JEJU island of Korea and also operating freight ship containers, dock cargo and other port services. Based on this experience and expertise, he advises on port development projects and other maritime infrastructure projects.

Ms. Michelle Kim is responsible for business development of SLIIC Holdings. She holds a MBA in marketing and BS in computer science and has over 18 years’ working experiences in various fields such as subsea engineering and installation of oil & gas industry, computer hardware, telecommunication, internet solution, international trading with leading project coordination, channel business development, alliance management, marketing communications and management information system administration in the global companies.

Ms. Su Yeon Shim as a team leader of business management department, is responsible for the finance and corporate services functions covering finance, treasury, and investor relations. She has more than 20 years of experience with the same field.
Sang Hee Park

Ms. Sang Hee Park is business development manager of SLIIC Holdings. Prior to joining SLIIC Holdings, she has 10 years of experience with business development in civil works, offshore oil/gas marine construction industry. Previously, She worked at the company that develops SOC projects and she holds a university degree in civil engineering.

Mr. Chul Moon Kim is a former government official and a well-respected developer of one of Korea’s most major infrastructure projects. He has received many public awards and acted as a special advisor to the president on development projects. His experiences include the following: acting as president and construction supervisor for Daejon World’s Fair (EXPO); head of the special and planned investigation department for the Ministry of Construction and Transportation; special advisor to the president of Korea and committee member of National Planning and Development Committee; director of the Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Services; adjunct professor at Dongkuk University; vice chairman of Dong-il Engineering. Some of his accolades include Anti-Corrupt Practices Recognition and Presidential Award; Ministry of Planning and Budget Gold Medal for Excellence; meritorious award for development.

Sung Ho Song
Mr. Sung-Ho Song is the president of GAIA Venture Partners LLC (“GAIA Partners”). He brings many years of experience from the Small & Medium Business Corporation of Korea where his responsibilities included a number of different roles including investment administration, fund formation, planning and budgeting and acting as local representative of branch offices in China and Korea. Additionally, he acted as the committee member to the President’s office and was responsible for advising on small and medium size company growth. Mr. Song has held positions as vice president of the Small & Medium Business Corporation, and was vice president of Pion-Tech Co., Ltd and president of GIG Co., Ltd. Additionally, he was awarded the President’s Award for public service and received awards and recognition from Ministry of Commerce and Industry for his achievements and services in the investment industry.

Mr. Kwang In Lee is supporting SLIIC’s overall business development and project in Sri Lanka as an executive advisor. He has worked for Korea Eximbank and Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) for over 30 years since 1981 and recently joined KMH(Korea Medical Holdings) as Executive Advisor, responsible for developing overseas project/business/financing model of medical industries and services in particular, based on his knowledge and longtime experience in Export Credit and Project Finance.

Sung Jin Chang
Mr. Sung Jin Chang is an executive for Energy Group of SLIIC Holdings and runs a consulting business, OnNuri Global Partners, specialized in Energy and Infrastructure Investment and Consulting Worldwide. He has over 25 years working experiences in KNOC(Korea National Oil Company) and its joint company, KADOC(Korea Abu Dhabi Oil Company) in Abu Dhabi.
Including a member of board of director at Al Dhafra Petroleum which is owned by KADOC and ADNOC(Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), Mr. Chang served in various high-ranking position in KNOC as VP of new business development, GM of KADOC, Deputy General Director of KNOC Caspian and Senior Explorationist, Senior Geologist of Vietnam J/V since he joined KNOC as Petroleum Geophysicist in 1990.
He led M&As and Asset acquisitions for upstream oil and gas assets across the world and contributed the exploration and development of oil and gas well and reservoir in Korea and Overseas as project manager, senior explorationist and senior geologist.
Throughout five times award winning performances cited by President, Energy Minister of Korea, President of KNOC, he showed his superb capabilities and expertise in the Petroleum industry during his services in KNOC.

Mr. Jung Jin Kim is the president of Hanlim Pharm. and is responsible for working closely with the firm’s partners and providing advice, recommendations and information to enable the firm to grow whilst maintaining its regulatory responsibilities. He is a passionate leader with first class communication skills and a long track record of successfully management, with extensive knowledge of all current economic, social and regulatory issues. An inspiring and motivational leader with first-rate interpersonal skills, the ability and passion to develop the vision of company he manages.

Mr. Se Ho Kwon is currently the Executive Director of Sam Young Accounting Corporation leading a wide variety of line of service. He provides SLIIC Holdings of overall consulting for all accounting, tax and financial related issues. He has spent 24 years as CPA and worked with PwC Seoul, Singapore and Shanghai office since 1992. He led Corporate Finance and Business Recovery Service division of Financial Advisory Service department of PwC. He has initiated M&A projects as financial advisor on both seller’s side and buyer’s side involving transaction strategy, marketing activity, valuation and due diligence for companies such as Daewoo Motors, Samsung Heavy Industry, Hanhwa Synthetic Chemical and SK Corporation. His investment to Fisheries Industry in Sri Lanka has been the initiatives of the incorporation of SLIIC holdings. Despite his hassle business in Australia, he devotes his enthusiasm to share his international business development know-how and provide consultation to the business direction of SLIIC Holdings.
